- Goals and objectives clearly communicated across the organisation;
- Energy efficiency champions appointed to lead improvements in energy performance;
- A commitment across the organisation to sustainable change through best practice energy efficiency initiatives;
- Management of the energy budget, with definable reduction targets, devolved to individual business units.
